@ishambladeworks was an immensely talented person. Whether it be knife design, art, or creating music, he always had a way to bring his unique aesthetic into anything he touched. It is an honor to have been able to create a song with you, and I hope whoever hears it can see the true extent of your creativity. We fucking miss you man.

I’ve been trying to find the best way to write this but these things are always the most difficult to put into words. We lost a legend today in the knife community, and I was fortunate enough to call him my friend during the short time that we knew each other. Elijah and I met each other for the first time this year, when he came over to my apartment for a day to record this song. Not only was he an incredible, inventive knife designer, but a talented musician as well. Him and I worked together to create this track “Munksham Mix” in a single sitting. We both played guitar, Elijah played mandolin, and I played acoustic to come up with this six minute song that you can hear in the video above. I also added a link to Google drive if you would like to download the song in my bio. Thank you Elijah for all of your help and advice over the last few years. You were and will continue to be one of my biggest inspirations within this incredible community. Rest In Peace brother ❤️

Cats? Space? Sharp things? It's almost as if all the best things in the world have been combined into a single object! I am incredibly excited to announce my latest collaboration, this time with none other than @ben_banters, owner of @knafs_co and all around amazing guy! Ben and I set out on a mission with a single objective: make a super weird follow-up to his already weird "Space Kitty" released last year. This project was extremely interesting not just because of the subject matter, but also the fact that this was done on a knife that Ben designed from the ground up. The "Spaced Out Bugout" is here! Available November 16th, 2020. 2020  has been a wild year for just about everyone, and I'm sure there is at least one person reading this who has thought to themselves "Man, I wish I could just leave this planet." Well space cadet, you're not alone in thinking that way. That's why for our most recent collaboration, I decided to take our focus out of the ocean and launch it straight up into orbit instead.  This time around, we went with the @benchmadeknifecompany Bugout, and we even took it a step further by (for the first time ever) by using @cerakote on the blade and styling as an extension of the artwork on the @flytanium scales! Oh yeah also, that backspacer? NK printed it and it totally glows blue in the dark. For the 2020 "Spaced Out Bugout", I wanted to shift the theme and explore a different artistic approach than our last two nautical themed knives. For the bugout, I wanted to go with a more retro comic book inspired depiction of deep space. On the showside, you can see our astronaut flying by and leaving a trail of nostalgic polaroid-esque goodness behind him. On the back side, that same colorful energy is being used as his last line of defense against an alien creature from another dimension. Nostalgia was the main driving force behind this particular piece, and Northern Knives did an incredible job at bringing that vision to life. I STILL am in awe as I type this! The contrast between the anodization and the black and purple space cerakote looks incredible, and if you look close enough, you'll see that even the small pop art inspired cross hatching has been replicated perfectly. Thank you to anyone who is reading this right now. Your support of this passion project truly means the world to me. Never in a million years would I have imagined we could sell 100 of the Scuba-Chefs, but you all made that dream into a reality. I fell into the knife collecting hobby around 2 years ago. Since then I have grown an extreme passion for both the products and the community. @northernknives gave me a unique opportunity a while ago, and that opportunity was to have complete creative control over the artwork we put on these collaborative production knives. I can honestly say that without question, these are the most fun and rewarding projects I have ever worked on in my entire life! We saw an amazing amount of interest in our last collaboration, the spydiechef (scuba chef) and once again I just wanted to thank every single one of you for making that endeavor such a wild success. Still can't believe we sold 100! This time around, we took the artwork out of the ocean and launched it into space for this astronaut/alien themed benchmade bugout. BIG REVEAL: The 2021 @fuzionproscooter Z350 line is here, and I was lucky enough to do the artwork for all of them! For this year, we went with a viking theme, and each deck has its own custom character that was digitally converted from my original ink drawings. Each image tells a visual story. We wanted to give each deck it's own personality so that you could choose the one that resonated the most with who YOU are as an individual. LATE NIGHT POST (I'm back and stuff): It's been a minute everyone. So much has been going on not just in the world but in my life as a whole. New apartment, new work ethic, and new projects have unfortunately left me with very little energy to put towards social media. Honestly, the time away from SM has been really healthy for me. There is so much negativity being thrown around on a minute by minute basis, I think we could all benefit from taking a step back and focusing on our lives and the people that directly surround us. I know I have. That being said, I do sincerely appreciate all of you who have stuck around even though I have been basically MIA with no new work in MONTHS. That level of support is amazing and i really feel blessed to have so many amazing people following me and the things I do. There is still a lot to come. I have a few projects in the pipeline that I think a lot of you will really enjoy, and beyond that I plan on dedicating my spare time to drawing and painting more as well.
